Who is invited to Zoomtopia Partner Connect 2022?
Zoomtopia Partner Connect is an annual event designed specifically for authorized Zoom partners around the globe that focuses on executive engagement, gaining mindshare through breakout sessions, and networking opportunities. For the first time ever, Partner Connect will be a hybrid event. The in-person experience, which is an exclusive, invite-only opportunity, will take place at the San Jose Convention Center on November 9th. The virtual experience is open to all, and will take place on Zoom Events (Zoom Webinar for Japan only). The virtual live broadcast dates vary per geographical region: Americas on November 9th and APAC, EMEA, and Japan on November 18th.
What is included in the registration fee for the in-person event?
You will have access to Zoomtopia and Zoomtopia Partner Connect, including food & beverages provided during the event. It does not include airfare, hotel, or off-site fees, but there will be hotel blocks for you to book from (see question below). Our virtual offering is complementary and open to all attendees.
How do I book a room in the hotel blocks?
Hotel blocks will be available at San Jose Marriott and Hilton San Jose. Information will be provided during the registration process for our in-person attendees to book on their own on a first come, first served basis. Hotel blocks will close on October 10, unless sold out prior.
Is there early-bird or discounted pricing?
Early bird pricing will be a 40% discount and is available from registration launch until September 30th, 2022.
What are the suggested arrival and departure times?
To be a part of all planned activities for Zoomtopia and Partner Connect, we suggest partners arrive by Nov. 7th and depart Nov. 10th or after.
When will I be charged for my registration fee?
Credit card charges will be processed once your registration has been approved.
How do I cancel my registration?
If you are sick and/or have COVID-19 and cannot attend Zoomtopia, we will miss you onsite! Please submit a cancellation using the link in your confirmation email and we will provide a full refund for the price of your ticket within 7 business days. Please note that you are responsible for canceling your hotel reservation and all hotel charges. Refer to the hotel cancellation policy and dates assigned directly by the properties to avoid charges. Zoom is not responsible for any refunds or cancellation charges from the hotels.
What are the health & safety requirements for onsite attendees?
Health and safety is our top priority. Since the COVID-19 situation remains fluid, we will provide further information and details closer to Zoomtopia.
Will live content be recorded and available after the event?
Yes, all keynotes and most breakout sessions will be available for on-demand viewing after the event has ended.
