Lease The Last Remaining Studio or Rehearsal Space at Zoomtopia!

1000 sq foot Creative Studio Space for Lease in Portland

Don’t miss your chance to lease-to-own studio space in the Eastside of Portland. If you are embarking on a creative enterprise,  then this could be your opportunity to own your studio.

Zoomtopia has one remaining studio space to lease, studio #7, with 1000 square feet for light industrial uses. The remainder of our 10,000 square foot building has been leased, and the tenants include:

  • three dance companies
  • a jeweler
  • an arts quarterly and literary festival
  • a glass blowing studio
  • a photography and multi-media design studio.

We have  2000 square feet of common space that is being used for gallery space, lectures and book signings, presentations, and small events.

This is your chance to join this bustling building, and be a part of the creative community blossoming in the central eastside arts district. We are looking forward to the new Street Car line coming in 2012, and the opportunity to collectively own the building around that same time. We are building a strong, cooperative fellowship of artists, designers, performers, makers and doers, and we want you to join us.
